LovelinksOnline Rewards Club
The LovelinksOnline Rewards Club is exclusively available to all customers of LovelinksOnline.
Rewards Club members are entitled to earn reward points as they purchase items from the website, as well as receive email
notifications of gifts, special discounts and promotions from time to time. Reward points earned can be used as a form of
payment on the LovelinksOnline website.
Benefits of being a LovelinksOnline Rewards Club member
- Earn reward points when ordering;
- Receive regular newsletters advising new products, special promotions, competitions and the like;
- Earn reward points when referred to by a new customer.
How to Join
There are 2 ways to join: either by going to the Rewards Club Sign-up page, or after completing an order, customers are
invited to join then. Initially, members join as a 'Silver' member.
How the Points System Operates
Each item (excluding gift vouchers) earns reward points. During checkout, the customer is shown how many reward points in
total the current order will earn. Reward points can be used as a form of payment in any subsequent order (termed 'redeeming'
points).
Whenever an item is selected which earns reward points, those reward points are prominently displayed. In some cases, additional
reward points can be earned – these are all shown on the shopping cart and checkout pages during the ordering process.
Gift vouchers and any additional charges on orders such as postage, gift wrapping etc. never earn any reward points.
The number of reward points allocated to each item may change from time to time. The periodic newsletter sent to all members
will highlight special promotions which may indicate higher reward points for an item during a promotion period.
When do points get credited?
Orders paid in full with credit cards, gift certificates, and/or credit certificates will have any applicable points credited
as soon as the order is completed. Orders paid by bank deposit will have points credited when LovelinksOnline processes
your payment.
Credit Certificates
Any points awarded for items which are subsequently cancelled or credited will be cancelled. If points on items being credited
or cancelled have already been redeemed, the credit certificate or cancellation will be reduced by $0.10 for every reward
point credited or cancelled.
Redeeming Points
On the checkout page, a member can select to redeem previously earned points as a form of payment. The minimum amount of
points redeemable is 150 - that is, the member must have a points balance of at least 150 to redeem points against the current
order.
Club Membership
Silver Membership
When a new customer joins the Club, they are assigned a 'Silver' membership. All Silver members are eligible to receive
reward points on any purchase. Any points earned will become available when the member is logged in. The order confirmation
email will fully detail the points earned, as well as the member's current points balance.
Gold Membership
Members are upgraded to 'Gold' membership once they have purchased in excess of $1,000.00 worth of items from LovelinksOnline
in the previous 12 months. Upgrades will be processed within two days of the member becoming eligible. Members will be notified
by email when their membership is upgraded to Gold. Gold members receive all the benefits available to Silver members, as
well as:-
- Receive 20% extra reward points shown at time of checkout
- Receive a special, once-only discount of $45.00 on the purchase of their next bracelet or necklace
- Any other special benefit as outlined in any newsletter, promotion etc. specifically related to Gold Club members. Members
must log in when prompted on the checkout page to receive these benefits.
Referring New Customers to the Rewards Club
Members can also refer new customers to the LovelinksOnline Rewards Club.
To do this, simply ask your friend, loved one or family member to enter your email address in the referring member's email
address space in the Checkout section when they make their next order and join the Club. A new member may only have 1 referring
member's email address associated with them.
When a new member joins with a referring member's email address, the referring member will receive an additional 50 bonus
points. The member being referred will be notified by email advising them of the additional reward points earned.
Fine Print
- The owners of the LovelinksOnline website can change and/or remove the reward points allocated to an item (or group of items)
at any time without notice. However, the site will always show the current reward points for each item selected.
- Any member who joins as a result of a specific invitation from LovelinksOnline is not subject to being able to enter a referring
member's email address.
- No person has any claim for rewards points made on any order prior to the rewards club program's commencement. LovelinksOnline
may choose to offer existing customers an opening points balance as an incentive to join the program at its creation. This
opening points balance is at LovelinksOnline's sole discretion.Members receiving any reward points from a referral by a
new member must have that referral entered into the website at the time of purchase (when the new customer joins the Rewards
Club).
- A member's account must have had a points balance before it can receive referral reward points. In other words, the customer
must have made an order and that order's payment processed before it can receive referral points.
- In the event LovelinksOnline believes referral reward points are being fraudulently collected for a member's account, the
member will be notified and the point cancelled at LovelinksOnline's sole discretion. In the case of points being cancelled
in this instance, the member will be notified by email.
- Reward points redeemed always use the oldest, unexpired points first.
- Reward points are not transferrable or redeemable for cash under any circumstance.
- Reward points earned must be redeemed within 1 year of the date they were first earned.
- When member's points are about to expire, the member will be notified by email and be given at least 30 days to use them.
- Members, by joining, agree to LovelinksOnline holding a limited set of personal data, including their full name, and postal
address. LovelinksOnline will maintain your privacy. LovelinksOnline never records, stores or in any way holds information
relating to a customer's credit cards.
- Invitations to join the Club are at LovelinksOnline's sole discretion and are based on our current. order information –
we will not offer any extended invitations or aggregation of other orders into a member's reward points balance.
- If a member fails to identify themselves when ordering, then there is no guarantee they will be awarded any reward points
from that order.
- All members are entitled to have orders shipped to addresses other than their own, excluding email addresses.
- To access and/or update their information, members must login to the LovelinksOnline site with their email address and password.
The LovelinksOnline website will supply a 'forgotten password' link but will only email the replacement password to the
member's originally nominated email address.
- Passwords are the responsibility of the member LovelinksOnline is not liable for unauthorised access to your account for
any reason.
- Should a member have any issues with the allocation or redemption of reward points, they should email LovelinksOnline at
customerservice@lovelinksonline.com.au. LovelinksOnline is not
obliged under any circumstances to alter any points earned or redeemed other than through normal members' use of the LovelinksOnline
website. The decision of LovelinksOnline management related to any issue regarding the Rewards Club will be final.
- LovelinksOnline may stop admitting new members to the rewards club at any time without notice. LovelinksOnline may terminate
or change the terms and conditions of the rewards club by giving existing members 30 days notice by email. Unused points
in such an event will be forfeited.
