Terms of Business
IMKDR Guarantee
Under NSW and Australian Law (Trade Practices Acts), IMKDR is not required to offer a credit or refund at all if a customer simply changes their mind, or has found the product elsewhere. However, in the interests of maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction, IMKDR offer an unconditional 14 day credit guarantee on any items purchased through our websites.
IMKDR offers a "No Questions Asked" Guarantee to credit any product a customer does not wish to own within 14 days of purchase. The items must be returned in perfect condition. If the products are in sealed packages then they must be returned as originally packed. This is for Australian orders only - credits on all orders with an overseas delivery address are not available (note that this does not apply to Damaged or Incomplete Items - see below). You must request a Credit Certificate before returning your purchase and this is explained below. You are, however, required to pay the shipping costs when sending items back to IMKDR in Sydney. Any cost incurred by IMKDR from Australia Post to receive the parcel will be deducted from the amount of the credit.
IMKDR Credit and Credit Certificates
The process of returning an item (or items) is to request a credit. Your credit will be in the form of a Credit Certificate that can be used towards your next order. You will receive a credit certificate for whatever items in your order you do not wish to keep less the shipping costs. You must apply for a Credit Certificate Request via email from customerservice@lovelinksonline.com.au detailing the original order number, and those items being returned. In turn, a Credit Certificate will be emailed to you detailing the address to which the items are to shipped and other relevant information. A copy of the original invoice or delivery docket must be enclosed with the items being returned so they can be clearly indentified. When we receive the items being returned in good order, we will ship any order which might have been raised using the previously emailed Credit Certificate. Any items being returned must be accompanied with their original packaging, including the bar-coded product plastic package. Failure to include the original plastic bar-coded packaging will result in a $5.00 handling fee per item which will be deducted from the Credit Certificate's original value. Unless faulty, the items must be returned in resaleable and original condition. The Credit Certificate is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Reviewing Orders
IMKDR reviews every order prior to processing and will only authorise items that we can supply. Some items may not be available and alternatives may be recommended instead. You will be notified by email if this occurs. You will not be charged for items we cannot supply. If the item is subsequently found to be unavailable, we will refund the requisite amount.
Delivery Expectations
Almost all items ordered through the website are available for immediate shipment within 2-3 days of receipt of original order. Stock on hand at the IMKDR supply centre will be shipped the next business day after the funds have been received if there are no other items in the order that are waiting for delivery from IMKDR’s suppliers. Items that are in stock at our major suppliers generally arrive at our supply centre within 2 to 3 days. In the unlikely event items are not readily available then our Customer Service Team will endeavour to contact you by phone or email to discuss alternative arrangements.
Waiting To Complete An Order
IMKDR will hold on to items for an order up to 4 days from the time the first item arrives in the supply centre to attempt to complete as much of an order as possible. As soon as 4 days are passed then the items are shipped. This means you may receive more than one shipment per order at no extra cost to you.
Damaged Or Incomplete Items
All products are thoroughly checked and are ascertained damage-free prior to dispatch. In the event customers receive damaged or incomplete items - all dispatched articles are covered by insurance through Australia Post – customers receiving damaged articles from Australia Post should apply to us; we will need the items returned to us prior to us providing the customer any compensation. The reason this has to happen is that Australia Post only accepts insurance claims from the party who originally posted the article, not the addressee.
Incorrect Delivery Information
If you do not complete the delivery information correctly including name, address or any other relevant information and a parcel needs to be re-sent, then a further AUD$5.00 plus the full postage amount will be charged before the item is re-sent.
Orders With Multiple Items
Customers with more than one item may be sent their items in multiple shipments. IMKDR holds on to items for 4 days in order to include as many items in one shipment as possible. Customers shipping to addresses in Australia pay a one-off fee of AUD$0.00 (or $9.20 for express) for as many shipments required per order. In most cases, all items are shippable at the one time within 2-3 working days of receipt of the original order.
Completion Of An Order
An order will be complete when any of the following occurs:-
- all items in the order have been dispatched through Australia Post;
- the customer nominated to pay by bank transfer and the monies were never received by IMKDR within 21 days of the date of the order and the unprocessed order was cancelled;
- the customer received some items but nominated to get a credit or refund for the remaining amount;
- IMKDR could not charge the credit card within 14 days of the date of the order and the unprocessed order was cancelled; or
- After 30 days the remaining items that are yet to be delivered in the order are no longer available through IMKDR’s suppliers – for any previously charged-for items in this instance the customer will receive a "No Questions Asked" refund for the remaining amount of the order and the remaining items will be cancelled.
